PRO
Work within the PRO program entails:

7 nights / 8 days.

7 full board, (three meals buffet), accommodation 2/3.

The program is intended for players aged 12-18.

It is realized in all shifts.

Work in groups of up to 6 players with 2 - 3 coaches per group.

All program participants receive camp equipment, prizes for competitions, medals.

Morning training, jogging, with stretching and running technique, two basketball training sessions of 90 minutes, fitness training, corrective games.

It requires better physical preparation of the players because the work in this program is intensive, with many repetitions and corrections of basketball elements.

Work in the Pro Camp is based on coordination, athletic preparation, defensive and offensive technique, tactics, as well as improving jumping and speed.

Competitions and matches as well as "All star game".

Video analysis of training and matches.
