PRO


Work within the PRO program entails:

  • 7 nights / 8 days.

  • 7 full board, (three meals buffet), accommodation 2/3.

  • The program is intended for players aged 12-18.

  • It is realized in all shifts.

  • Work in groups of up to 6 players with 2 - 3 coaches per group.

  • All program participants receive camp equipment, prizes for competitions, medals.

  • Morning training, jogging, with stretching and running technique, two basketball training sessions of 90 minutes, fitness training, corrective games.

  • It requires better physical preparation of the players because the work in this program is intensive, with many repetitions and corrections of basketball elements.

  • Work in the Pro Camp is based on coordination, athletic preparation, defensive and offensive technique, tactics, as well as improving jumping and speed.

  • Competitions and matches as well as "All star game".

  • Video analysis of training and matches.
