Work within the SENIOR program entails:

It is intended for players over the age of 18, as well as for professional players

Morning training - jogging with stretching, two 90-minute training sessions, fitness training

Bearing in mind that senior players have few opportunities to work in their clubs on an individual basis during the season, we designed a program that aims to do just that - INDIVIDUAL PREPARATION OF SENIOR PLAYERS.
