SENIOR


Work within the SENIOR program entails:

  • 7 nights / 8 days

  • 7 full board, 3 meals (buffet), accommodation 2/3

  • It is intended for players over the age of 18, as well as for professional players

  • Morning training - jogging with stretching, two 90-minute training sessions, fitness training

  • Bearing in mind that senior players have few opportunities to work in their clubs on an individual basis during the season, we designed a program that aims to do just that - INDIVIDUAL PREPARATION OF SENIOR PLAYERS.

  • Working in this program means improving the Pick'N'Roll game in all situations

  • It enables maximum dedication of the coach to the players, work on coordination with the ball and motor skills, as well as improvement of the game 1:1, 2:2, 3:3...

  • All participants receive camp equipment

  • Video analysis of training
